The Denver Mother's Day 5K features a scenic course that winds through Denver's iconic City Park. Along the way, you'll be cheered on by enthusiastic volunteers and spectators, creating a festive and supportive atmosphere that is sure to make your Mother's Day unforgettable. This year, pancake and sausage breakfast with OJ is provided by Flippin' Flapjacks for all registered participants. All female participants will be greeted at the finish line with a rose to celebrate Mother's Day!

Celebrate Mother's Day at the 2025 Mother's Day 5K on Sunday, May 11th. The starter's gun goes off at 9:00 am at Denver's City Park. The race is chip timed by Colorado Race Timing, featuring live results and the ability to sign up for race day texts or emails.
Ages 14 and under are only $20.00; RunSignUp will apply the price upon checkout.

Register by April 20, 2025, to purchase a t-shirt. Shirts are Bella + Canvas tri-blend short sleeve shirts, high quality, super soft t-shirts! Unfortunately, anyone who registers after April 25, 2024, will NOT be able to purchase a t-shirt. The shirts are form-fitted, and you can find the unisex style here.
